No. 3- 77 /99- RT (ll) dated 2l-06-2004 as notified in Gazette of India on 22-07 -2004 vide Ministry of Environment & Forests (RT Division) notification No. GSR. 465 (E), dtd 27-07 -2004, in any Forestry Training College/ Institute, as specified by Govt. of India.
